Practise principles of Ayurveda and eat healthy.
Ayurveda (the knowledge of life) as a system of complete well-being is at least 5000 years old. It is complete because it addresses the human being and restores our dynamic balance.
Ayurveda emphasises the dinachara, the lifestyle of the person – his/her prakriti, practices, sleeping habits, resting habits and of course eating habits.
Ayurveda’s principles and practices have nurtured, sustained and nourished an ancient and still living civilisation. The range of spices in Indian kitchens and how they are used from kadhas (special concoctions that we made to boost our immunity especially during the pandemic) to our wholesome grandmother’s recipes are a blessing to our well being.
Our ways of living shape our culture and we contribute.
